World Famous Denver Turbulence

When the winds are just right, it can be a turbulent ride anywhere near Denver or the area. A large low pressure system parked over the mountain west is causing a large area of turbulence.

A pronounced jet stream is also causing severe turbulence up high for some jets as they cross the area. An A320 has hit severe turbulence north of Denver.
