Well, flight up the coast should be ok, but it really depends on the track you take. There's a strong jet and if you fly south of it, no big deal, but if you near it to save fuel, some chop. Otherwise, it looks ok. The jet is located over the ocean crossing.

I didn't mention anything about that leg because I don't think there's anything to worry about, perhaps a slight brush of a few bumps, but that should be it.

I don't want to sound like an idiot, but what exactly is a " chop" when it comes to turbulence? Light bumps ?
