Looking at the maps, I can see your reason for concern, a severe turbulence sigmet for the area. High winds in the DCA region. However, the winds are scheduled to die down by your flight time tomorrow, and although DCA winds will be a little higher than we'd like for a smooth takeoff (20-25mph), the gusts of today are scheduled to subside by then. Besides from what might be a slightly rocky takeoff from DCA, I don't anticipate much turbulence with the exception of some occasional light, and the weather in STL will make for a fine landing.
