Winds will not be as bad as they are today. Gusts of 30mph are possible in BOS and winds of 15-25 in IAD may make for a slightly turbulent takeoff and landing, however the flight in between is looking good. It appears that the air disturbance in the area is moving southward, out of your flight path.
