Takeoff from SEA and landing in LAS should not be a big deal. What concerns me is a strong jetstream and reports of moderate and some severe turbulence in the area. Your flight may get moderate and some moderate-severe turbulence, although this depends on how well they can avoid it. I wish you a good flight.
