Depending on where the storms are, takeoff from TPA could be moderately turbulent, however, once you are out of the area (and you'll be out fast), the flight to ORD looks good, and landing at ORD should be fine, with the usual chop through clouds on landing. Overall, looks ok. Just the first few minutes may be interesting.
