I am departing fll @ 8:30pm going north east to yul
i am terrified of severe turbulence and i have noticed that it's bad today and will only get worst as the days go on...i am almost inclined to stay here over the weekend just to avoid anything close to severe...
What do you think?? If i end up sticking to tonights flight..will it be as bad as i think?

We don't compare days here as this is a best guess and not a sure thing. I'd just go and get it out of the way. And the maps have been much much worse. You'll be fine. You will probably have some moderate bumps here and there, but I don't think you'll hit any severe.

thanks for the speedy reply i really appreciate it! I realize its not always a "sure" thing but i mean 90% of the time i fly according to good forecasts seen on this site and i am almost always in a non turbulent flight...so i use these maps very seriously towards my flying routine..and ive also seen much much worst too on this website but im 75% better than last year in regards to my fear of flying and i dont want to go back to square one with a bad experience... one minute on a plane with turbulence equals hours of fear and anxiety in my head... but i thank you for your reply!

Having experienced moderate a few times, it wasn't as bad as the description makes it out to seem, and moderate is the worst most are likely to experience in a life time of flying.

Yep, most likely.
