Takeoff from BNA should be ok, winds are light. There may be some light-moderate turbulence as you climb up to your cruising altitude. Once at altitude, the flight should be ok. While the jet stream looks strong, it doesn't appear to be causing much shear as is, but you may encounter some light to moderate en route.
Upon descent to MIA, you may travel through the more turbulent altitudes of the jet stream and winds will be gusting beyond 25mph.
You are traveling in an ERJ-135, which isn't the largest of aircraft. Landing may be slightly turbulent.
While the forecast seems more turbulent than we like, this one is a tough one to predict because of the jet stream and it's unpredictability, but as of now, it doesn't seem to be a problem, so overall the flight should be ok. There isn't many reports of turbulence on your route, so the above can probably be considered a worst case.
