This flight, from Los Angeles to Fiji, is difficult to predict with accuracy, but looking at the jet stream maps here (http://www.turbulenceforecast.com/jetstream.php), you can see that the jet stream is weak or out of the way the vast majority of your flight path. The jetstream is the prime cause of turbulence on most oceanic flights (although fronts can be another), but I wouldn't anticipate that much on the flight.
