The map is certainly lit up today, however, it looks like things are calm for the moment and perhaps will stay that way on this flight.
Winds are high with gusts at DEN, so you might expect some turbulence on climb, but you'll be quickly out of the mountain region and headed toward MEM, for a flight that should be fine for the most part. Landing in MEM may be a bit turbulent due to winds, as will your takeoff, but once off the ground and headed towards SDF, things should be fine.
