Cruise wave map and surface winds maps

How come I can't view these two functions on this site ever since I've joined not been able to view these maps

I know the surface winds map has been acting up and I can't figure out why, I'll look at the other one.

This was a tough one to figure out why it wasn't loading properly, but I think I have it fixed. I think the site was loading them at the exact time they were being generated at the data source.
