Any info on the turbulence forecast for the flight would be appreciated. Leaving DCA in the morning on a Boeing 737-700.

I think the flight will be good for the most part, with the possibility of a bump here or there, things are fairly calm, and are calmer than they have been recently. It also appears that your flight path mostly avoids Colorado, so that's also good news. Enjoy your flight.

The trip to LAX was smooth, with only a few brief moments of bumps. Thanks for your forecast. One mental trick that has helped me on these trips is, on the car ride to the airport, to remember how little the car actually moves up and down when it hits the bumps on the road. Every time I feel the plane get bumpy, I just remember how little the car moved and how little the plane must therefore be moving too.
