No question that there's some nasty turbulence over the US today, but I think things will calm a bit for your trip. There's a severe advisory from SFC-220 near DEN, but I think that should be lifted because the winds are calming down, and some good shear coming from the jet stream over the eastern states. I notice that the winds will be from the east tomorrow morning, a shift which may mean calmer descent into DEN. You may also notice another severe advisory south of IAD.

Here's the forecast. I think that things will not be as bumpy as their are today, the maps show calming in both areas, although I'd be prepared for some moderate turbulence in your flight. In the DEN case, the winds are moving out of the mountains and over the plains, and for south of IAD and around that area, things are moving east as well.

Again, I don't think things will be as bad as they were today, but you'll have to report back here.

The severe advisory near DEN has been lifted. I expect the east coast one move out to sea / or be lifted, in any case, not be a problem for your flight.
