Flying from Phoenix to Little Rock on 3/1 & 3/5

I know it's a week away, but when it gets a little closer, could you give me some info for my flight from Phoenix to Little Rock on 3/1 and then returning on 3/5. I'm a pretty nervous flyer and haven't flow in over a year since I hit some serious clear air turbulence coming back from Maui. I've really appreciated this site, I've been doing all that I can to learn about turbulence and it's natural occurences.

I'll be flying Southwest both ways, flying out late thursday evening and then I'll be catching the early flight back home to Phoenix monday morning.... any good news would be greatly appreciated!! :)

Might be some periods of up to moderate, but it doesn't look that bad to me. There's a substantial tailwind, which means the flight will be pretty fast.
