LAX to JFK

Greetings All:

I am new to this site, i know this is last minute. However I just discovered this site and do have a terrible fear of flying and have a flight schedueled to leave LAX at 0800 Thursday to New yorks JFK. Typically this time of year. How are the flights with regard to turb. If any pilots read this, I would appreciate your input. Thank you: Mark

Mark, I moved your thread to the 'personalized forecasts' sub-forum.

Your flight will be mostly smooth, but may have some bumps for a while out of LAX and nearer to JFK you will encounter some bumps. In the middle though, should be smooth. (smoother flights are typical this time of year, as the jet stream is high, and storms are pretty rare. In the summer it's generally smoother, but storms can be a problem).
