08/13 - Southwest 1724 9:05AM - STL to Las Vegas NV

Hi TB neg. I am hoping you will see this and give me a quick outlook please.
I am travelling Southwest flight 1724 from St. Louis to Las Vegas at 9:05AM. Forgot to mention that I will have a layover in Tulsa. I have never flown into this airport so I have no idea of what the code is sorry.

It looks to be mostly smooth, although some bumps are always possible. Safe flight, and enjoy Las Vegas.

Also, of note, when it's really hot (as it will be in STL and LAS), some heat related turbulence will be possible on takeoff and landing, due to the thermal currents raising from the host ground.

From what I understand, it's rougher on descent then it is on take off in these instances, as reported by another site visitor, although usually nothing to worry about.

Thanks TB.. I will post a report when I land and get access. I figured it would be bumpy getting out of STL and getting into Vegas.

I am hoping the forecast is right for the middle of the flight though :)

TB - Thanks for the forecast. You were spot on. Very smooth ride. Few bumps going into Vegas but other than that it was all smooth.
