8/31 Ewr-ord Ual 0819 & Ord-dsm Ual 6524

I'll be flying to Des Moines via Chicago tomorrow morning.

First flight is United 0819 leaving EWR at 7:33 a.m. to ORD.
Then from ORD to DSM at 9:45 a.m. on United Express 6524.

p.s. i tried to look up flight 0819 in flightaware but it just shows a flight from ORD to mexico, nothing from EWR-ORD. is that normal?

United Express and other code shares are not handled well in Flightaware. Skywest is the carrier for that route:

Flights should be smooth. Clear skies, no jet stream, can't ask for better, really, although it might be rainy in EWR.

thx very much-i'm really relived to hear that news! quick question-is the canadair regional jet 200 super small? i see a picture of it and it looks a bit tiny but tolerable (at least it's not a propeller!). do they handle ok in turbulence?

I can't say it's my favorite plane, it's no 737/A320 and the seats are super uncomfortable and it has weird windows that are way too low, but I've had a lot of smooth flights on them, just a couple of soft downward lurches on them. It is much bigger than a prop jet.
