9/30 Philadelphia to Paris, 7PM est

I am very afraid of flying and have extreme fear of planes. I've been through all the stats, etc, but nothing seems to work. Tries varius meds, etc, and nothing helps me. Almost got kicked off a flight once too.

Anyway, maybe if i know what kind of turbulence I'm in for it may help. Have to go to France for my job on 9/30 from Philadelphia.

You already know the stats, it's very safe.

Looking at your flight, there do appear to be some advisories over the Atlantic, but they are very low and your plane will fly over it. Majority of flights are reporting smooth over the Atlantic, so I think your flight will be mostly smooth, but do be prepared for some light turbulence, especially near PIT and perhaps on landing.

I hope you have a good flight, I wouldn't worry too much about the flight.

Thanks for the forecast. I'm extremely scared for my flight tomorrow night. Don;t know if I'll actually be able to go through with it. The funny thing is every flight I take the worse my fear gets. I was never this scared of flying and now its to the point of ridiculousness.
