I couldn't get to a computer in time to request the forecast for yesterday, but I thought I'd give you the update anyway. Overall, a decent flight, although I much prefer the overnight trips to Europe than the daylight flights home. Had a relatively new Delta 767-400ER, which wasn't that full. We took off about 20 mins behind schedule. A pretty smooth climb, but then for the first 45 minutes or so we had some light chop due to a weather system over the English Channel and the UK. I was watching the map and at first we were scheduled to fly south of London, I guess on one of the lower Westbound tracks, but then we went quite far north of that. Anyway, after that the sign came off and it was smooth for the entire crossing. We hit some chop again over the Labrador Coast, and then over Maine things got pretty rough. Sign came on, and I noticed the FAs sitting down as well. It was pretty bad for about 30 minutes, I'd say moderate, and then light almost the whole way down the East Coast. Our route took us just over Albany (NY), then East of DC and right over Asheville. Made a smooth landing (although VERY fast) into ATL from the East. Total flight time was 9 hours and 13 minutes.
