    Well, I'm about to embark on my first-ever trip to NYC, and right now, it looks like the route is a solid swath of green advisories and moderate turbulence pilot reports.

    Any shot at a smoother ride by flight time, or is this what I'm in for?

    Weather generally moves east, but I think your own self forecast is a fair representation of your flight, but these things always have a way of improving sometimes.
