This is my return flight. Looks like thunderstorms are hovering around Chicago for the next few days. Could you please give me a forecast? Thanks!

Looks good, I'm not too worried about the weather. I'll double check tomorrow.

Bit of light chop across Florida but hard for me to say since I sat at the back of the plane and usually sit near the front where there's less movement. Big thrill with an aborted landing on final approach.
Pilot blamed it on ATC saying they had him coming in at too steep an angle to safely land. He was doing 90 degree turns on the way down. Any truth to blaming ATC? I thought landing approach was up to the captain! Thanks for the forecast, right on target.

I think the Captain can prefer an approach, but ATC is in charge. Also, the back moves substantially more (fishtails). On a windy low flight (at 8,000 ft) FNT-DTW I was up front and it was OK, but I could tell the back had it way worse.

Didn't feel like paying United $54 for a seat near the front on a relatively smooth day to fly but I should know better than to sit in the tail. I'll be making a monthly Florida run for awhile now so I'll be posting again soon. Thanks!
