    Some light out of YYZ for a bit, then starting around Wyoming some light to moderate for the rest of the way.

    Well, that was the smoothest of 6 cross-country flights I've done so far in 2012. The maps looked scary to me for the last 3rd of the trip, but either everything calmed down or we got lucky. Some seatbelt-on turbulence for from Colorado to SFO, but it didn't really feel full-on moderate to me -- nice and light!

    First half was really smooth, very relaxing.

    I think the forecast was spot-on -- just everything was on the light side.

    I was in absolute heaven, it's been so long since I've had a mostly smooth flight. I'd forgotten how peaceful flying can be when it's not bumpy.
