I'm flying from Portland to Oakland tomorrow and have heard that it has been a pretty bumpy, scary ride the past couple of days. Got good news for me? Thanks!!

Rides like that are fairly common up and down the pacific northwest, and I think that your flight will be average for that area with a good chance of up to moderate for at least part of the journey. PDX and SEA just get downright turbulent a lot of the time and it's not the most favorable forecast that I'm seeing. Sorry.

thanks for the report. the flight was actually pretty smooth out of portland, despite huge clouds, showers, and hail. the only part of the flight that was really bumpy was the landing in oakland, but even that was moderate and not awful. thanks!
