It's going to be a sports arena of sportiness for most of it, already seeing moderate on the first half, and stormy weather for the second half. Maybe it pushes through a bit by flight time, but BWI landing may be problematic, thunderstorm rain forecasted at landing time. Seat belt on please, a lot of moderate for this one, or a delay, or a cancellation.

Thanks man. I have to ask, and maybe it’s because I rely on the Max Turbulence Potential maps, but when I look at it (set to “All” as well as FL370-390) it shows little spots of green. What other maps give you the added info to be able to forecast sport for this flight? Inquiring minds want to know

While it looks like only the upper northeast is bumpy, with weather all bets are off, it can go from smooth to super rough in a few seconds.

Just touched down at BWI, about 10 min early. We must have dodged the bulk of the weather, as the bumps were mild and the seatbelt sign was only on a few times. Either way not a bad flight. 4.25 stars
