    Unfortunately Norwegian doesn't post flight paths, so I'll go based on what Delta 106 is flying, which is SLC to CDG (no other directs out of DEN to CDG).

    A bit of light to moderate out of DEN after a bumpy climb, and occasional light to moderate as you fly over the US, smoothing out a bit near the Canadian border, somewhat nice ride over Canada. Near the eastern border of Canada, light to moderate for the first two thirds of the ocean crossing, then a bit of a break past the mid point, then more light to moderate starting west of the UK, smoothing out again for a nice rest of the flight.
